Father’s Day Cake Therapy Workshop 2024 Our idea is that this can be an experience gift and Dad can join us with a child, or these can be made and gifted to Dad and he doesn't need to decorate his own! This is a parent (care giver) / child interactive workshop. An adult must accompany any attending children. The adult may observe or join in and get creative with their child. On arrival we will have your workstation set up with all the tools you need to decorate your choice of vanilla or chocolate 6 inch cake.
During this short class, you will learn some simple piping techniques - how to fill a piping bag like a pro - the mess freeway, which piping tips to use for different designs, plus how to get more than one pattern out of each piping tip. Before we start piping our 6 inch cake we will have a practice on a practice sheet, which you get to take home and keep. You will then have a choice of a single colour frosting or mixing colour’s to create a spectacular two-tone effect. Rosey will show you some little tips and tricks so that you can create the same effect at home even without all the specialized tools we have here!
