What better therapy can there be than that which includes, deserts, cakes and/or cup cakes with family or good friends, learning new skills and enjoying a time out from your regular routine. Check out our bookings section for availability and details of tailored events. Private group bookings are also welcome.
Father’s Day Cake Therapy Workshop 2024 Our idea is that this can be an experience gift and Dad can join us with a child, or these can be made and gifted to Dad and he doesn't need to decorate his own! This is a parent (care giver) / child interactive workshop. An adult must accompany any attending children. The adult may observe or join in and get creative with their child. On arrival we will have your workstation set up with all the tools you need to decorate your choice of vanilla or chocolate cupcakes.

Whether you are a seasoned journaler or new to the practice, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space for you to delve into your thoughts and emotions, and gain clarity on your life's path. Join us and embark on a journey of self-transformation through the art of journaling. The session will be completed with a short meditation.
